SAFETY AND LABOR PROTECTION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PROJECT MANAGER

1.General safety requirements 2.General safety requirements 1.1. Persons who have completed: introductory instruction; fire safety instruction; primary workplace instruction; electrical safety instruction at the workplace and a check of assimilation of its contents are allowed to work independently as a Project Manager.      The project manager must undergo: repeated safety training at the workplace at least every six months.; Unscheduled briefing: in case of changes in the technological process or labor protection regulations, replacement or modernization of production equipment, fixtures and tools, changes in working conditions and organization, violations of labor protection instructions, interruptions in work for more than 60 calendar days . 1.2. The project manager is obliged to: comply with the internal labor regulations established at the enterprise; comply with the requirements of these instructions, instructions on fire safety measures, instructions on electrical safety; comply with the requirements for the operation of the equipment; use it for its intended purpose and take care of the issued personal protective equipment. 1.3. The project manager must: be able to provide first aid to an accident victim; know the location of first aid facilities, primary fire extinguishing facilities, main and emergency exits, and escape routes in the event of an accident or fire; to perform only the assigned work and not to transfer it to others without the permission of the management to be attentive during work, not to be distracted and not to distract others, not to allow persons unrelated to work to the workplace; to keep the workplace clean and tidy. 1.4. The project manager must know and follow the rules of personal hygiene. Eat, smoke, and rest only in specially designated rooms and places. 1.5. If a fire is detected or in case of fire: turn off the equipment; inform the fire department and the administration; start extinguishing the fire with the primary fire extinguishing equipment available in the workshop in accordance with the fire safety instructions. In case of a threat to life, leave the premises. 1.6. In case of an accident, provide first aid to the victim, immediately inform the director of the incident, and take measures to preserve the accident situation (equipment condition) if it does not pose a danger to others. 1.7 The main dangerous and harmful production factors under certain circumstances may be: racks, ladders, loads, 1.8. The Office Manager is responsible for failure to comply with the security requirements set out in these instructions in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Safety requirements before starting work 2.1. Before starting work, every employee must: 2.1.1. If necessary, ventilate the room, eliminate increased air mobility (drafts), etc. 2.1.2. Inspect and tidy up the workplace. 2.1.3. Adjust the illumination in the workplace and make sure that it is sufficient. 2.1.4. Check the correct installation of the table and chair. 2.1.5. Check the correct connection of the equipment to the network. 2.1.6. Check the serviceability of the power supply wires and the absence of exposed wire sections. 2.1.7. Turn on the power to the PC, following the sequence: network filter, monitor, peripherals, processor. 2.2 An employee is not allowed to start work if a malfunction of the equipment is detected and wipe the electrical equipment that is under voltage with a wet cloth (the electric fork is plugged into an outlet). 2.3 The employee is obliged to inform the head of the department about the detected malfunction of the equipment and start work after the elimination of malfunctions or malfunctions of the equipment. 3. Safety requirements during operation 3.1 Connect the PC and other equipment to the power supply network only with standard network cables and the presence of grounding.

3.2. To carry out operational regulation of the course of production and other types of activities of the enterprise and its divisions in accordance with production programs, calendar plans. 3.3 When working on a PC, it is forbidden for an employee to: - touch the monitor screen and keyboard at the same time. - touch the back panel of the system unit (processor) when the power is on. - switch the connectors of the interface cables of peripheral devices when the power is on. - perform independent opening and repair of equipment. 3.4 The employee is obliged to disconnect the PC from the power supply: - if a malfunction is detected; - if the mains voltage is suddenly released; - during cleaning and cleaning of equipment. 3.5 When working on copying and multiplying equipment: - work only with the lid closed, pressing the copied materials; - if the toner gets on the skin, immediately wash it off with soap and water, in case of contact with the eyes, immediately rinse the eyes with plenty of water for 15 minutes and consult a doctor; – if eye irritation, nasopharynx or redness of the skin occurs, it is necessary to stop copying. 3.6 When working on copying and multiplying equipment, it is prohibited: - release the jammed paper when the power is on; - turn off the equipment without waiting for its automatic shutdown; - perform independent opening and repair of the copier; - put and place foreign objects on the copier, expose it to mechanical influences; - leave an unattended copier connected to the power grid and running. 3.7 When using electrical appliances, it is not allowed: - leave electrical appliances turned on without supervision (except fax machines and refrigerators); - hit electrical appliances, pull the power cord to turn them off; - remove fences, repair equipment; - allow the cable to touch hot or warm objects; - place foreign objects on the network cable and twist it; - allow moisture to enter the the surface of electrical appliances; - allow persons who do not have access to work on the equipment to work on it.

3.8 If an extraneous voltage is detected on the equipment, in all cases of power cord breakage, grounding malfunction and other damage, burning, smoke, immediately turn off the power and inform the supervisor about the emergency. Do not start work before troubleshooting. 3.9 When staying in the premises and on the territory of enterprises and organizations, the employee is obliged to: - familiarize himself with the current safety rules, with the traffic patterns on the territory and premises and comply with their requirements; - it is forbidden for an employee to walk along staircases, holding onto handrails: - to stand and walk under a load moved by a lifting mechanism, under scaffolding and ladders; - to enter dangerous areas of production, machinery, machinery, equipment, fences; - to walk unnecessarily through the territory and premises, to be distracted from to work himself and distract others; - to open the doors of electrical installations, to open or remove protective covers, fences;

3.10. During work, do not use techniques that speed up work by violating safety requirements. 3.11 In case of interruption of the supply of fuel and electricity to production, contact the electrical networks by phone and find out the reason for the shutdown and the time of power supply to production 4. Safety requirements in emergency situations 4.1 In case of accidents and situations that may lead to accidents and accidents, it is necessary: 4.1.1 Immediately stop work and notify the immediate supervisor. 4.1.2 Under the supervision of the head, promptly take measures to eliminate the causes of accidents or situations that may lead to accidents or accidents. 4.2 In case of fire or smoke: 4.2.1 Immediately call 101 to inform the fire department, notify the employees, notify the head of the department, report the fire to the guard post. 4.2.2 Open emergency exits from the building, disconnect the power supply, close the windows and close the doors. 4.2.3 Start extinguishing the fire with primary fire extinguishing means, if it does not involve a risk to life. 4.2.4 Arrange a meeting of the fire brigade. 4.2.5 Leave the building and stay in the evacuation zone. 4.3 In case of an accident: 4.3.1 Immediately arrange first aid for the victim and, if necessary, take him to a medical organization. 4.3.2 Take urgent measures to prevent the development of an emergency or other emergency situation and the impact of traumatic factors on others. 4.3.3 To preserve the situation as it was at the time of the accident prior to the start of the accident investigation, if this does not threaten the life and health of other persons and does not lead to a catastrophe, accident or other emergency circumstances, and if it is impossible to preserve it, record the current situation (draw up diagrams, carry out other measures).
