about the desire to adopt a child
I wish to accept orphans and children left without parental care permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for upbringing in my family and confirm that I have undergone psychological training on a gratuitous basis in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on marriage (matrimony) and family. Thus, I wish to adopt a real child. In the future, I undertake to take care of the upbringing of the child, his health, physical, mental, moral and spiritual development.

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 85 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on marriage (matrimony) and family, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, wishing to adopt children, submit an application for adoption to the body performing guardianship or guardianship functions at the place of residence of the child, as well as provide certificates of total income, marital status, health status, non-criminal record, a certificate of psychological training and personally select a child, it is obliged to communicate with him directly for at least two weeks.
