Bank loan agreement № __________ dated 02/22/20__ in the amount of 50,000 US dollars, for the period from February 24, 20__ to February 24, 2011, at a remuneration of 16% per annum of the amount of the loan, the intended use is replenishment of working capital.
Bank loan agreement No. 39-20__ BL dated 03/24/20__ in the amount of 22,000 US dollars, for the period up to February 24, 20__, at a remuneration of 12% per annum of the amount of the loan being submitted, targeted use – replenishment of working capital.
Agreement on the provision of a credit line №_____________ dated December 29, 20__ in the amount of 59,000 US dollars, for a period of 96 months, a grace period for repayment of the principal debt of 96 months, at 15% per annum of the loan amount.
I have received a Loan from Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC in the amount of USD 131,000 at 15% per annum from
the amount of the urgent debt on the loan, the intended use is replenishment of working capital.However, until now, due to the onset of the global crisis, which was mentioned by the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev in his Message to the people of Kazakhstan, as shown by a positive credit history, I have fulfilled my obligations to pay principal and interest in a timely manner and in full according to the established payment schedule. But, unfortunately, the difficult times that have developed have not spared my family, which have led to a number of undesirable and unpleasant consequences for me and my family, both financially and morally.
Moreover, it had a disastrous effect on my health. Due to the strong psychological and emotional stress, due to the inability to pay off debt obligations, I developed various types of diseases, which caused an extremely hopeless state.On May 19, 201_, the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Almaty under the chairmanship of a judge ____________, having considered in open court the civil case on the claim of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC to ____________ on the recovery of the debt amount, I decided to satisfy the debt amount in favor of JSC "People's Bank of Kazakhstan" the amount of debt in the amount of 25,473,731 (twenty-five million
four hundred seventy-three thousand seven hundred thirty-one) tenge and the amount of the paid state duty in the amount of 764,212 (seven hundred sixty-four thousand two hundred twelve) tenge.After the court's Decision, we carried out work on the sale of mortgaged real estate. However, due to the crisis and the decline in the purchasing power of the population, it is not possible to find potential buyers for a decent amount that would cover the loan amount according to the court decision.We would like to inform you that there is currently a potential buyer who wishes to purchase my mortgaged property for approximately 10,000,000 tenge.Based on the above,
