Taraz – In 2010, persons over the age of 18, who have passed a medical examination, instruction (introductory and on-the-job), who have completed special training according to an approved program, an internship and a knowledge test by a qualification commission and who have access (certificate) to the right to operate a bulldozer are allowed to operate a bulldozer.Before starting work, the driver MUST perform an external inspection of the machine., check the technical condition of the bulldozer:a) serviceability of control mechanisms; b) hydraulic lifting mechanism of the braking system; c) locking devices; d) lighting and alarm; e) all control and measuring devices; f) locks of cabin doors, footrests, glasses or protective glasses on windows.During the complex mechanization of the production process, the bulldozer operator must be familiar with the basic labor protection rules related to each machine involved in the process.
Know and apply the accepted alarm system.It is forbidden to use it during work.:a) transfer control of the car to another person; b) leave the car with the engine running; c) transport people in the cabin, except for persons undergoing practical training; d) sit or stand on the frame and other parts of the car; e) remove stones by hand, clumps of earth and other objects from under the working body of the machine; f) stand near the tracks of the tractor or the wheels of the machine; f) detach the machine from the tractor until the unit stops completely.At the end of the work, the machinist IS OBLIGED to prepare the bulldozer for delivery to the shift worker.:a) clean the bulldozer from dirt and dust; b) tighten the bolted joints, lubricate the rubbing parts; c) put it in the specified place; d) turn off the engine and turn off the brake.Register the shift acceptance in the log, make a note of the technical condition of the machine, inform the shift worker about the malfunctions.
