At the consideration of the appellate judicial board, a separate complaint is being considered by the registered defense attorney No. 3199-22-2-4/519, adopted on June 26, 2022 by the Shu District Court of Zhambyl region on the sanction of a preventive measure in the form of "detention under guard" in relation to the suspect of A. A. Sh.for two months, that is, a preventive measure in the form of "detention under guard" until 18:30 on July 24, 2022. The time of consideration of the case was set by the Appellate Judicial Board in this case on June 08, 2022 at 10:00. Dear Board of Appeal, the defense lawyer Sarzhanov G. T. will not be allowed to participate in the court session due to marital status. In this regard, we ask you to postpone the court session. In accordance with Article 341 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, when it is impossible to discuss the case due to the absence of one of the persons invited to the court session, the court makes a decision to postpone the discussion of the case for a certain period.
