          I am, ____________ IIN ____________, residing at: ____________ ( next is the Client), ________ The year I applied in the LLP "_________" ( hereinafter referred to as the Company) in order to obtain a short–term loan. In accordance with the Pledge ticket no. ________ of ________, issued in the name of ______________, I have pledged a ________ brand motor vehicle to the Company, Registration number _______, _______ year of manufacture, body no. _______, color – white, with a total collateral value of 600,000 (six hundred thousand) tenge, to secure loan obligations. me with the right of use and the right of the Company to be mortgaged.Due to the temporary delay in repayment of the loan amount, the Company's employees seized the Pledged Item (in their possession), but no documents were drawn up about this. When I asked about the preparation of the relevant documents, the Company's employees replied that they could withdraw without drawing up the documents. Whereas in accordance with paragraph 1 of art. 784 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a pawnshop storage agreement is formalized by issuing a personal security receipt by the pawnshop.On 03/06/2019, I applied to the Company in order to fulfill my loan obligations, but I was informed that the collateral had already been sold.In order to clarify all the circumstances of the incident,

I ask you to:

Provide Rules for pawnbroking operations of the LLP "_________";

Provide a personal security receipt in the name of ______________, IIN ____________;

Provide a contract for the purchase and sale of a motor vehicle brand _______, registration number _______, _______ year of manufacture, body no. _______, color – white;

Provide account statements with calculations of the amounts paid;

Provide a calculation of the amount of proceeds from the sale of mortgaged property;

Provide a complete written correspondence between the Company and the Client, as well as other documents related to this loan.
