__.07.20__ of the year, I applied to the Department of Internal Affairs of Almaty ________________________ with a statement regarding ________________________ upon the fact of seizing funds by deception, which was registered in the CUI for №________________________. __.07.20__ the material of the KUI DVD of Almaty for №________________________ He was sent to the Department of Internal Affairs of Almaly district of Almaty. __.07.20__ of the year, the investigator of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Almaly district of Almaty, Oraz D., registered this case with the ERDR for №________________________ from __.07.20__ of the year. __.07.20__ year Investigator of the Department of Internal Affairs of Almaly district Almaty, Senior police Lieutenant ________________________ ( hereinafter referred to as the Investigator), having reviewed the materials of the criminal case registered in the ERDR for №________________________ on __.07.20__ of the year (hereinafter referred to as the criminal case), issued a Resolution on the acceptance of the criminal case for its own production. __.08.20__ of the year, the investigator, having reviewed the materials of the criminal case, DECIDED: to recognize the gr-ku ________________________ the victim in the present case, what to notify her about. In accordance with paragraph 11, Part 6, Article 71 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the victim has the right to get acquainted with all the case materials at the end of the pre-trial investigation, to extract any information from it and in any volume, with the exception of information constituting state secrets. According to paragraph 13, Part 6, Article 71 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the victim has the right to receive copies of decisions recognizing him as a victim or refusing to do so, terminating the pre-trial investigation, the indictment, as well as copies of the verdict and the decision of the court of first instance, appeal and cassation instances. In accordance with Part 2 of art . 192 CPC RK pre-trial investigation in cases of inquiry should not exceed one month and two months in cases of preliminary investigation.
