(b) other parts and accessories intended for use exclusively or primarily in a particular type of machinery, tools or apparatus, or in several machines, tools or apparatus included in the same heading (including machines, tools or apparatus of heading 90.10, 90.13 or 90.31), are included together with these machines(c) all other parts and accessories are included in heading 90.33. 3.- The provisions of note 4 to section XVI also apply to this group. 4.- Heading 90.05 does not include telescopic sights for weapons, telescopic periscopes for submarines or tanks, or telescopes mounted on machines, devices, instruments or apparatus included in this chapter or section XVI; such telescopic sights and telescopes are included in heading 90.13. 5.- Measuring or Optical control devices, devices or machines that, if not for this note, could be included in both heading 90.13 and heading 90.31 are included in heading 90.31. 6.- For the purposes of heading 90.21, the term "orthopedic devices" means devices for: - preventing or correcting bodily deformities; or - supporting or fixing body parts after illness, surgery or injury. Orthopedic devices include shoes and special insoles made to correct orthopedic conditions, provided that they are either (1) custom-made or (2) mass-produced, presented in one piece rather than in pairs and designed to fit any foot equally. 7.- Heading 90.32 includes only: (a) devices and devices for automatically regulating the flow rate, level, pressure or other variable parameters of liquids or gases, or for automatically regulating temperature, regardless of whether or not their effect is based on an electrical phenomenon that changes in accordance with the parameter to be automatically regulated, which are designed to bring this parameter to the required value and hold it, stabilizing it from disturbances, constantly or periodically measuring the actual value.; and (b) automatic regulators of electrical quantities and devices or devices for automatic regulation of non-electrical quantities, the action of which is based on an electrical phenomenon that varies depending on the parameter to be automatically regulated, which are designed to bring this parameter to the required value and hold it, stabilizing against disturbances, constantly or intermittently measuring the actual the value.

Group 91 Watches of all types and their parts

Notes: 1.- This chapter does not include: (a) glasses for watches of all kinds or weights (classified according to the material from which they are made); (b) watch chains (heading 71.13 or 71.17, depending on the specific case); (c) general purpose parts specified in Note 2 to section XV, of base metals (section XV) or similar articles of plastics (chapter 39) or precious metals or other metals clad with precious metals (usually heading 71.15); However, watch springs are classified as parts of all kinds of watches (heading 91.14); (d) balls for ball bearings (heading 73.26 or 84.82, as the case may be); (e) products of heading 84.12 designed to operate without an anchor mechanism; (f) ball bearings (heading 84.82); or (g) articles of Chapter 85 that have not yet been assembled together or with other components into watch movements or into articles intended for use solely or primarily as parts of such mechanisms (Chapter 85). 2.- Heading 91.01 includes only watches for wearing on oneself or with oneself with a case made entirely of precious metal or metal clad with precious metal, or of the same materials in combination with natural or cultured pearls, precious or semiprecious stones (natural, artificial or reconstructed), headings 71.01-71.04.
