on recognition of ownership of immovable property
I own real estate located at the address: Almaty, md. Ainbulak 3, house 95, apartment 79. The specified property came into my possession on January 15, 20__. on the basis of an oral purchase and sale agreement from Igor V. Zavyalov, a citizen of Kazakhstan, who sold it to me on the condition that the final reissue of documents through a notary would take place in two months (he lost his passport), and the keys to the apartment were transferred on the same day after receiving the money in the amount of 3,000 (three thousand US dollars), after which the disputed property passed into my possession. But unfortunately, neither I nor anyone else saw this person anymore, and the purchase and sale of the property remained incomplete.

From January 15, 20__. I own the property openly, I do not hide my rights to it from anyone, ownership is carried out by me continuously, the property has never been removed from my possession, and in good faith, so as I assumed, I own the property as its owner. I own real estate in the form of a residential apartment located at the address : Almaty, md. Ainbulak 3, house 95, 79 sq.m., as his own, which is confirmed by the neighbors' witness receipts, utility bills for all these years and other documents that are attached. During the entire period of ownership of real estate, no claims were filed against me from the former owner or other persons, no one claimed the disputed property, and no disputes were filed regarding the ownership and use of real estate.

A copy of the statement of claim.
A document confirming the payment of the state fee.
Documents confirming the open, conscientious and continuous ownership of property as one's own for 18 years, confirming the possibility of recognizing ownership rights under the statute of limitations.
A copy of the apartment assessment report performed by an independent appraisal company on October 30, 2013.
