On May 29, 20__, I sent an Application to Bank of Astana JSC located at Almaty, md._______________, motivating his statement by the fact that on the balance sheet of JSC Bank of Astana, there is real estate located at the address Almatinskaya Talgar region, ul. _______________, which was transferred from BTA Ipoteka Bank, we currently intend to buy this property. In connection with the above, we asked the bank to provide information on whether the bank intends to sell the property located in the Almaty region., Talgar city, ul. _______________, as well as provide information on the value of the collateral property located at the address Almaty region, Talgar, ul. _______________;

Also in the letter, we warned Bank of Astana JSC that according to Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the procedure for considering appeals from individuals and Legal entities", Violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the procedure for considering appeals from individuals and legal entities entails liability in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. After 30 calendar days, I made a call to the call center of Bank of Astana JSC, where I asked for the office's phone number, but the call center managers, citing confidentiality of information, did not give the office's phone number, and said they had no idea about the fate of my application, whereas according to the statement from the Kazpost Office, An employee of Baymuratov's office received my application on 05/31/20__ year. I am extremely outraged by the irresponsible actions of incompetent employees who defame the good name of Bank of Astana JSC.

In this regard, I would like to remind you again of Article 8 "Deadlines for consideration of appeals", the Law "On the procedure for consideration of appeals from individuals and Legal entities", in this case all the established and reasonable deadlines have passed. Violation of the above-mentioned article in the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses, art. 100, entails a fine for officials in the amount of ten monthly calculation indices, as well as according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" art. 43, "Responsibility of civil servants", For non-fulfillment or improper performance of their official duties, civil servants bear civil, disciplinary, administrative, and criminal liability in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Based on the above and guided by the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
I ask you to:
In accordance with Article 100 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to bring officials of Bank of Astana JSC to administrative responsibility;
To bring responsible employees to disciplinary responsibility for non-fulfillment or improper performance of their official duties;
To respond to the application within the time limits prescribed by law and provide an order to bring responsible employees to disciplinary responsibility.;
In case of inaction by the management of Bank of Astana JSC and the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in relation to responsible employees, I will be forced to bring all those responsible to civil liability in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
