about the crime committed
F.A.M. is the daughter of E.J.S. F.A.M. unofficially worked for the company Z.I.V. IIN ............ resident at the address: Almaty, ul. n..., 323, sq. 176 (contacts +7 701 ....). On November 1, 2022, the company allegedly discovered a shortage in accounts and, by an unjustified decision, Z.I.V., the daughter of E.J.S., found herself in the field of suspicion for embezzlement of entrusted property.
Subsequently, Z.I.V., by blackmailing, forced the daughter of E.J.S. to conclude a loan agreement. E.J.S., worried about her daughter, decided to intercede for her. And Zinin I.V. threatened to force E.J.S. to conclude a loan agreement.
On November 01, 2022, a loan agreement No. 3181 (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) was notarized between Zinin Ilya Valeryevich and E.Zh.S., where the essential terms of the agreement are the fact that you, as the Lender, transferred to the borrower an amount of 1,549,000 (one million five hundred forty-nine thousand) tenge for a loan period until December 01 In 2022. The contract was notarized by K.S.A., who is located at and certified the contract at: 318 Zh. street, Bostandyk district, Almaty.
The Contract states that the funds have already been transferred to the borrower, but in fact, the funds have not been transferred to the borrower under the contract.
The above information indicates the signs of a criminal offense provided for in art. 248 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where coercion to commit a transaction or to refuse to commit it under threat of violence, destruction or damage to other people's property, as well as the dissemination of information that may cause significant harm to the rights and interests of the victim or his relatives, in the absence of signs of extortion, is punishable by a fine of up to two thousand monthly calculation indices or correctional community service for up to six hundred hours, or restriction of liberty for up to two years, or imprisonment for the same term.
Based on the above and in accordance with Article 179 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
I ask you to:
To institute a criminal case against gr. Z.I.V. on the grounds of a criminal offense provided for in art. 248 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
To bring to criminal responsibility gr. Z.I.V. for criminal offenses.
