Статья 6. Competence of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Soil Protection   

      The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall:

      1) develop the main directions of state policy in the field of soil protection and organize their implementation;

      2) perform other functions entrusted to it by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

On soil protection, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2026 No. 341-VIII SAM 

This Law regulates public relations in the field of soil protection and defines their legal, economic and organizational bases.
