The Law and Law Law Firm, represented by General Director Galymzhan Sarzhanov Turlybekovich, acting on the basis of the charter, hereinafter referred to as the "Office", on the one hand, and E.L.V., hereinafter referred to as the "Client", on the other hand, also collectively referred to as the "Parties", and each individually as the "Party", concluded this Supplementary Agreement to the Legal Assistance Agreement No. 1001/21 dated 01/10/2021 (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") on the following:

Supplementary Agreement to the Legal Assistance Agreement

1.       In accordance with art. 401 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as clause 5.2 of the Contract, the Parties have the right to supplement the provision of services by agreement of the parties.2.       The parties decided to Supplement the agreement on legal assistance No. 1001/21 dated 01/10/2021 from February 18, 2021, Clause 2.2 of the agreement should be supplemented with payment in the amount of 100,000 tenge from the total amount of the agreement to be paid by the Client after the completion of the court of first instance.    3. This Agreement comes into force from the moment of its signing by both Parties.4.       All disputes related to and/or arising from this Agreement, the Parties undertake to settle through negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved amicably, the Parties have the right to apply for its resolution to the judicial authorities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.5. This Agreement is drawn up in Russian in two identical copies having equal legal force, one for each of the Parties.
