In the proceedings of the Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court of the Almaty region, Judge Sadykov M.A., there is an administrative case No. 1993-23-00-4/822 on claim B against the state institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport, Highways and Housing Inspection of the Karasai district" on coercion, the Court issued a ruling on approval of the dispute settlement agreement by mediation from June 12, 2023.

In connection with the failure to comply with the court's ruling on the approval of the mediation settlement agreement dated June 12, 2023, we requested the court to impose a monetary penalty on the defendant.

To date, all the work has been carried out by the Defendant and the mediation conditions have been fulfilled.

Based on the above, guided by Article 28 of the CPC RK,

I ask the Court:

 

Applications for imposing a monetary penalty on the defendant for failure to comply with it within the time limit set by the court will be returned and left without consideration.
