Claim
Earlier, on 25.06.2019, the enforcement proceedings against me to recover the amount of the loan debt were terminated. On 10.07.2019, funds were transferred in the amount of 39906 tenge, withheld from my salary. These funds were received by your organization in excess of the loan payments due. The specified amount of 39906 tenge, according to Articles 953-955 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is unjustified enrichment and is subject to refund. If your organization does not return the specified funds, I will be forced to apply to the court for enforcement of the obligation and recovery of damages and legal penalties, and I will also be forced to impose on you all costs of the lawsuit, including the costs of paying for the services of a representative. Based on the above, I ask you, within 10 days of receiving this claim: - to pay me funds in the amount of 39906 tenge; - if it is impossible to satisfy my claims, give me a written response to the claim. Appendix: a copy of the CSI decree, a payment order, a copy of the identity card.
