The Extraordinary III Congress of the Adilet Party Showcases New Digital Solutions to Strengthen Citizen Engagement and Enhance Party Operations
The Extraordinary III Congress of the Adilet Party was not only a platform for making important political decisions but also a significant event at which new digital solutions aimed at strengthening engagement with citizens and improving the efficiency of the Party’s operations were unveiled.
The services presented at the Congress are part of the Party’s systematic effort to gradually develop its Unified Digital Platform. Going forward, the platform will evolve into a single digital ecosystem integrating tools for citizens, Party members, and Party governing bodies.
One of the first solutions introduced is a unified system for accessing the Party’s digital services. Citizens can already apply for Party membership by scanning a QR code, through the eGov portal, or via banking applications that support this service.
This makes the membership application process simple, convenient, and secure.
The Congress also introduced intelligent digital assistants developed using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
These assistants provide information about the Party’s platform, explain the membership application process, answer frequently asked questions, and guide users in accessing the Party’s digital services.
Interaction with users is carried out through the Party’s branded digital mascot and automated chatbots.
Another key component of the developing digital ecosystem is the Party Member’s Personal Account. It will bring together the Party’s core digital services within a single interface, providing access to Party information, notifications, documents, and other communication tools. As the platform continues to develop, its functionality will be further expanded.
In addition, the Party has begun testing a dedicated Digital Headquarters platform designed to coordinate the work of Party structures. This solution is intended to facilitate collaboration, monitor the implementation of tasks, and improve communication between the Party’s central office and its regional branches.
The digital tools presented at the Congress clearly demonstrate the Party’s commitment to the gradual digital transformation of its organizational activities. In the future, all of these services will be integrated into the unified Adilet.365 digital platform, which is being developed as a modern digital environment for citizen engagement, support of internal processes, and the introduction of new intelligent services.
Another important event at the Congress was the presentation of the Party’s official anthem. The anthem is based on the principles of justice, the rule of law, order, and responsibility.
It was performed for the first time before the delegates of the Extraordinary III Congress and has become a new symbol of the Party.
The digital solutions presented at the Congress represent an important step in the Party’s efforts to improve the organization of its activities, develop modern channels of communication with citizens, and integrate digital technologies into its day-to-day operations.
