Q, you have a civil case on the dissolution of marriage. Civil case№ .................... We do not agree with these claims, we believe that the marriage can be saved.:  Please note that the couple have been married for 16 years and have three minor children. Earlier, we had already filed a similar petition, during this period there were positive developments in relation to the spouses, they began to communicate more, discuss common problems, (according to the defendant) the spouses currently continue to live a sexual life, there are no close relationships outside of marriage.
