On the night of December 23-24, 2016, a criminal offense theft was committed at the address Mahataaral district, village. Tashkent, Tashkent st., 1., sq. 1., where valuables were stolen from gr. Ts.S.P., thereby causing moral and material damage. On this fact, gr. Ts.S.P. appealed to law enforcement agencies, after the Investigative and Operational Group established the fact of theft and documented it, and procedural actions were carried out and a corresponding Statement was written.

However, after the arrival of the Investigative Task Force, the officers of the Department of Internal Affairs of gr. Ts.S.P. were not served any procedural documents and it is not known about the initiation of a criminal case and/or whether a case was initiated. Based on the above for a full analysis of the entire situation and guided by Chapter 37 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
I ask you to:
Provide us with a certificate of all the work done in this case;
Provide information about upcoming plans/activities for the identification and detention of offenders;
Provide a copy of the entire criminal case file;
