The petition
on leaving an administrative claim without consideration
In the proceedings of the Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court of the Almaty region, Judge Turgymbai A.I., there is an administrative case No. 7594-25-00-4/7 on the claim of S.E. S. to the state bailiff of the Territorial Department for the Enforcement of claims for the recovery of amounts from individuals and legal entities of the Department of Justice of Almaty - IZTELEU AINUR IZTELEUKYZY, JSC "People's Bank of Kazakhstan" on the compulsion to withdraw arrests from the account.
To date, the Plaintiff's claims have been fully satisfied by the ICG, we have no claims, and the conflict has been resolved.
Based on the above, guided by Article 28 of the CPC RK,
I ask the Court:
· Administrative case No. 7594-25-00-4/7 on the claim of S.E. S. to the state bailiff for forcing to withdraw arrests from the account – to leave without consideration.
