On August 4, 2025, SaryarkaAvtoProm LLP, O.O.M. and Lion AutoCenter Almaty LLP signed a Car Purchase and Sale Agreement No. 127_258593 (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement).
According to the Contract, I purchased a JAC J7 Luxury 1.5 T CVT NEW JL (U735F-JL) car.
After the start of operation of the car, the coolant (freon) began to flow from the engine cooling system, the multimedia system, in particular the tire pressure sensor, does not work. The engine does not start from a mobile phone via the app.
I have repeatedly contacted the Allur Service Center, but the problems have not been fixed.
According to paragraphs 14-1) of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Consumer Rights Protection", vehicles, i.e. cars, are technically complex goods.
According to paragraphs 2-1 of the Article of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Consumer Rights Protection", if a consumer finds a significant defect in a technically complex product and demands its replacement, the seller (manufacturer, performer) of the technically complex product and its component must satisfy this requirement within thirty working days.
Based on the above, please:
- replace the cooling system and multimedia system in the car.
In case of non-fulfillment of the requirement within the time period specified in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Consumer Rights Protection", I will demand termination of the Contract, including in court, with the imposition of court costs on the seller.
