on removal from the Register of debtors

Earlier __.08.20__ by you in the framework of enforcement proceedings for №_______________, on the execution of the executive document for №_____________________ from __.07.20__ in order to recover from _____________________, the amount of debt in the amount of 13,853,347 tenge, in favor of JSC _____________________, for which you have imposed arrests and entered the debtor in the Register of Debtors for enforcement proceedings in the official Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. However, on __.09.20__, you returned this enforcement proceeding without execution.  Based on the above and guided by the CPC RK,

I ask you to:

Remove the gr. _____________________, from the Register of Debtors on enforcement proceedings of the official Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.;

To respond to the Application within the prescribed time limits.
