for Admission of Representatives to Participate in the Proceedings

Civil case No. 7514-26-00-2/25699, filed by L. A. S. against Individual Entrepreneur “B... E...”, represented by its head YVM, S. E. D., and S. E. D., seeking recovery of a monetary amount and a penalty, is currently pending before the Bostandyk District Court of Almaty.

In order to exercise the Defendants’ right to receive qualified legal assistance and to conduct the case through representatives, we respectfully request that Kenesbek Islam Mukhameduly, Legal Consultant, and Sarzanov G.T., Attorney-at-Law, be admitted to participate in this civil case as representatives of the Defendants.

The authority of the representatives is confirmed by the relevant documents attached to this Motion.

Based on the foregoing and pursuant to Articles 57, 58, and 61 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
