During the court session, as one of the evidence in the case, the defendant presented a copy of the receipt dated August 28, 2017, the authenticity of which is questionable. I ASK THE COURT:
Appoint in the framework of a civil case №.................. judicial handwriting examination for a receipt dated August 28, 2017;
The payment for the forensic handwriting examination is to be entrusted to the parties;
Ask the following questions for the expert's permission:
Has the signature and handwriting on the Receipt dated August 28, 2017 been completed by the Plaintiff or the Defendants? - Has the handwriting of the person who drew up the receipt been changed to mimic the Plaintiff's handwriting; - Check the authenticity of the handwriting and signature, as well as the document itself;
