Which Cash registers can be used in the Republic of Kazakhstan

In the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Tax Code established from January 1, 2018, that only cash registers with the function of recording and transmitting data are subject to registration with the tax authorities at the place of use. Registration of KKM without the function of transmitting data is allowed only in places where there is no public telecommunications network. Information about the administrative-territorial units of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the territory of which there are no public telecommunications networks, is posted on the Internet resource of the SRC of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (kgd.gov.kz - section "Activity" - "Tax administration"). At the same time, KKM without FPA, registered with the tax authorities before the introduction of the changes, can be applied until 2024.
