To ratify the Agreement on the Specifics of the Use of International Transportation Vehicles carrying Passengers, as well as trailers, Semi-trailers, Containers and Railway Rolling Stock carrying Goods and (or) Baggage for Domestic Transportation through the Customs Territory of the Customs Union, concluded in St. Petersburg on June 18, 2010.

The footnote. The Agreement was terminated due to the entry into force of the Treaty on the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union, ratified by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 13, 2017 No. 115-VI (for the procedure of entry into force, see art. 2).
