1.Subject of the agreement 1.1. 2. Organization of the educational process 2.1. In accordance with the Charter, the state educational standard of preschool education implements a comprehensive program of preschool education and child development. 2.2. The organization of direct educational activities is carried out taking into account sanitary rules and regulations, daily routine. 2.3. The DOW operates in a five-day working week with days off: Saturday and Sunday. The duration of children's stay in preschool is 12 hours (from 7.00 a.m. to 19.00 p.m.).
Public holidays are established by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 2.4. The activities of the DOW may be suspended in agreement with the Management for carrying out repair work, in case of an emergency. 2.5. The child retains a place in the preschool in case of non-attendance due to illness, quarantine, undergoing spa treatment, parental leave and during the summer period. If a Child is absent from the preschool for more than three consecutive days, children are admitted to the preschool only if there is a certificate from a medical institution indicating the diagnosis, duration of the disease, treatment, information about the absence of contact with infectious patients, as well as (if necessary) recommendations on the individual regimen of the child.
3. The amount and procedure for payment for pre-school services 3.1. The parent (legal representative) pays monthly for the services provided, specified in paragraph 1 of this agreement, in the amount of _________________ tenge no later than the 10th of each month. 3.2. 4. Guarantees of the rights of the child 4.1.
