The list of provisions of international treaties included in the law of the Eurasian Economic Union, which are recognized as invalid in connection with the entry into force of the Treaty on the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union
I. Provisions of international treaties that are recognized as invalid from the date of entry into force of the Treaty on the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union
1. Articles 1-5, subitems 1-6 of the first part of paragraph 1, paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 6, Articles 7-10 of the Agreement on the Grounds, Conditions and Procedure for Changing the Terms of Payment of Customs Duties dated May 21, 2010.
2. Paragraphs 1, 5 and 7 of Article 9, paragraph 1, paragraphs one to four of paragraph 2, paragraphs 5 and 6 of Article 10, Articles 11-21, 23 and 24 of the Agreement on Free (Special, special) Economic Zones in the Customs Territory of the Customs Union and the Customs procedure of the Free Customs zone of 18 June 2010.
3. Paragraphs 7-10, 12-14, paragraphs four to seven of paragraph 15, paragraphs 16, 18 and 22 of the Protocol on Amendments to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and international treaties concluded within the framework of the formation of the legal framework of the Customs Union and the Single Economic Space, in connection with with the accession of the Republic of Armenia (Appendix No. 2 to the Treaty of October 10, 2014 on the Accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014).
4. Paragraph 27 of Annex No. 3 to the Treaty of October 10, 2014 on the Accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014.
5. Paragraphs 7-10, 12-14, paragraphs three to fourteen of paragraph 15, paragraphs 17, 18 and 20 of the amendments to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and to international treaties included in the law of the Eurasian Economic Union (annex to the Protocol of May 8, 2015 on amendments amendments to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014 and certain international treaties included in the law of the Eurasian Economic Union in connection with the accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014).
II. Provisions of international treaties that are recognized as invalid from the date of entry into force of the relevant decision of the Eurasian Economic Commission in accordance with Article 444 of the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union
1. Paragraphs 11 and 17 of the Protocol on Amendments to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and international agreements concluded within the framework of the formation of the legal framework of the Customs Union and the Single Economic Space in connection with the accession of the Republic of Armenia (Annex No. 2 to the Treaty of October 10, 2014 on the Accession of the Republic of Armenia Armenia to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014).
2. Paragraphs 11 and 16 of the amendments to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and to international treaties included in the law of the Eurasian Economic Union (annex to the Protocol of May 8, 2015 on amendments to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and individual international treaties included in to the law of the Eurasian Economic Union, in connection with the accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014).
