The petition
on the inclusion of HolodCom LLP in the register of creditors' claims of Firm LAN LLP with the amount of 219,177,629 tenge in the proceedings of the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Almaty, there is a civil case on the application for the rehabilitation procedure of Firm LAN LLP BIN 961040002483 (hereinafter referred to as the Debtor) (case No. 7527-21-00-2/1469 dated 02/10/2021) In accordance with paragraph 1 of art. 72 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy" No. 176-V dated March 7, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the SAM), the temporary administrator, within two working days from the date of his appointment, sends to the authorized body an announcement on the application of the rehabilitation procedure and the procedure for creditors' claims in Kazakh and Russian for posting on the Internet resource authorized body.
Paragraph 2 of Article 72 of the SAM stipulates that creditors' claims against the debtor must be filed by them no later than one month after the publication of the notice on the procedure for filing claims by creditors. However, we learned about the civil case at the end of March 2021 and found out that we were not on the list of Creditors, whereas we are the largest Creditor.. Creditors' claims must contain information on the amount of the claim (separately on the amount of the principal debt, remuneration (interest), penalties and other penalties, damages, accompanied by copies of documents confirming the basis and amount of the claim (court decisions that have entered into force, copies of contracts, recognition of the debt by the debtor) with simultaneous submission of the original documents for reconciliation.

Thus, a subcontract Agreement was concluded between Firm LAN LLP and Kholodkom LLP dated 06/13/2019 in the amount of 1,107,000,000 tenge. As a result, Kholodkom LLP performed work in accordance with the Acts of Completed work in the amount of 727,947,629 tenge, partial payment was made by Firm LAN LLP for The total amount of 508,770,000 tenge owed by Firm LAN LLP to Kholodkom LLP is 219,177,629 tenge. Based on the above, we are sending you information with supporting documents on the inclusion of HolodKom LLP BIN 081040008237 in the register of creditors' claims of Firm LAN LLP BIN 961040002483 with the amount of claims of 219 177 629 (two hundred nineteen million one hundred seventy seven thousand six hundred twenty nine) tenge.
