on repayment of the debt amount
I, B.R.S., am retired by age, suffer from diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, the working capacity of the organ is 20-30%, in connection with which I have undergone several heart surgeries and the heart works thanks to a two-chamber pacemaker. B.A.P.'s daughter, who also suffers from diabetes, also lives in Somna. Earlier, you and I signed a Bank Loan Agreement No. 0252F/2007-FZ, under which I was provided with a loan in the amount of 7,000,000 tenge for the period from August 01, 2007 to August 01, 2012, with remuneration at the rate of 16% per annum of the Loan amount. As security for the fulfillment of the Borrower's obligations under the Agreement between the Bank and the Borrower, a Pledge Agreement No. 0252F/2007-FZ/ZI dated 07/31/2007 was concluded for a motor vehicle of the brand: Toyota Land Cruiser VX 100, 2007, GRNZ A 080 XEN, engine 2UZ1210992, body JTEHT05J602111986, color - black. The decision of the District Court No. 2 of Almaly district of Almaty dated November 23, 2012, according to which a part of the amount of remuneration under the Bank Loan Agreement No. 0252F/2007-FZ dated July 31, 2007, in the amount of KZT 7,000,000 (seven million), as well as the amount of the state duty paid in the amount of 210,000, is to be recovered from the Borrower in favor of the Bank. The decision of the District Court No. 2 of Almaly district of Almaty dated July 15, 2014, according to which a part of the amount of remuneration under the Bank Loan Agreement No. 0252F/2007-FZ dated July 31, 2007, in the amount of 3,388,332 (three million three hundred eighty-eight thousand three hundred thirty-two) tenge, 93 tiyn is to be recovered from the Borrower in favor of the Bank., as well as the amount of the paid state duty in the amount of 101,650 (one hundred one thousand six hundred fifty) tenge.
