about summoning an expert / specialist to court
Civil case No. 1952-25-00-2/5853 is under consideration at your production. Plaintiff akim of Karasai district (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Plaintiff) Defendant Bnadilzhanovna (hereinafter referred to as the civil defendant) on a claim for the forced alienation (purchase) of a land plot for state needs.
According to Article 77 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the court may involve as a specialist an adult person with special education, not interested in the outcome of the case, to participate in court hearings or procedural actions in order to assist in the collection, research and evaluation of evidence by providing advice (explanations) and assistance in the use of scientific and technical means.
The court also has the right to attract specialists at the request of the party. Persons participating in the case may apply to the court for the involvement of a specific person with special education as a specialist.
A person appointed as a specialist is obliged: to appear at the invitation of the court; to conduct procedural actions and participate in court proceedings using special knowledge, skills and scientific and technical means; to provide consultations; to give explanations on the actions performed by him, including using technical means of communication. The expert's opinion on all emerging issues must be submitted to the court in writing or in the form of an electronic document.

Tsoi Tatyana Yuryevna, has a qualification certificate No. 318 dated 28.03.2003, issued by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for conducting a forensic examination in the specialty 10.4 "forensic construction and commodity research", expert experience, including 28 years in forensic examination bodies;
Gulnaz Tursynovna Alayeva, expert work experience, including 32 years in forensic examination bodies, with a qualification certificate No. 316 dated 28.03.2003, issued by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for conducting forensic examination in the specialty 10.4 "forensic construction and commodity science research".
