So, during the study of the application of a potential supplier of LLP "..............." it has been established that the volume of completed works over the past ten years, similar to those purchased at the tender, with the attachment of electronic copies of supporting documents, is for 2009, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2018

In accordance with paragraph155 of the Rules, the conditional discount applied to the tender application of a potential supplier of LLP ".............." according to the criterion of "work experience", it is 6.4% in the amount of 6 years. Thus, the competition commission unreasonably awarded a conditional discount on the criterion of "work experience" in the amount of 6.2%. Also, regarding the work experience of a potential supplier of Kurylyshy -TBS LLP, it was established that the tender application contains information about previously completed works that are similar to those purchased in the tender, with supporting documents attached as a general contractor for 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and In 2019, respectively, the work experience of a potential supplier of Kurylyshy -TBS LLP is 6.4% (6 years of general contract). In connection with the above, the Committee sent an instruction to the Department to conduct a compliance audit for compliance with the requirements of the legislation on public procurement during the electronic tender No. 3401414-1 "Construction and installation work on the facility "Construction of a sports and recreation complex in the village of Karabulak, Eskeldinsky district, Almaty region."
