Article 10-1. Features of simplified production The Law on Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of Bailiffs

     1. In the framework of the simplified procedure, the enforcement documents provided for in the sub-paragraphs are accepted. 5), 6), 11), 13) paragraph 1 of Article 9 of this Law, on the recovery of an amount from an individual up to twenty monthly calculation indices.

     2. In case of non-fulfillment within the framework of simplified proceedings within the time period stipulated by this Law, the enforcement document is executed in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 138 of this Law.

     3. In the framework of simplified proceedings, the debtor has the right to refuse to comply with the requirements of the enforcement document in a simplified manner.

     In case of refusal, the enforcement document is transferred to the bailiff for execution.

     4. The decision issued in the simplified proceedings is equivalent to the decision of the bailiff.

     5. The procedure for the implementation of simplified proceedings is determined by the authorized body.
