Article 10-5. Grounds and consequences of termination of simplified proceedings The Law on Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of Bailiffs

     1. Simplified production is terminated if:

     1) the requirement of the executive document has been fulfilled in full;

     2) the decision of the relevant body, on the basis of which the executive document was issued, has been canceled.

     2. In cases of termination of simplified proceedings by the territorial body in the state automated information system of enforcement proceedings, a resolution is immediately issued.

     3. The terminated simplified production cannot be started again in a simplified manner.

     4. Simultaneously with the termination of simplified proceedings, measures to ensure the execution of the enforcement document in simplified proceedings are automatically canceled.

     5. In the event of termination of the simplified procedure, the outstanding collection orders in the automated information system of enforcement proceedings will be revoked automatically.
