Article 10. Employment contracts, agreements of the parties to the social partnership, collective agreements, acts of the employer in the field of labor of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Employment relations, as well as other relations directly related to employment, are regulated by an employment contract, an act of the employer, an agreement and a collective agreement.

2. The provisions of the agreements of the parties to the social partnership, collective agreements, labor contracts, and acts of employers that worsen the situation of employees in comparison with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be recognized as invalid and not subject to application.

3. The terms of agreements, collective agreements, and employment contracts may not be changed unilaterally, except in the cases provided for by this Code.
