1. The individual identification number is excluded from the National Register of Individual Identification Numbers:

1) with the death of an individual;

2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 25.11.2019 No. 272-VI (effective after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication); 3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 25.11.2019 No. 272-VI (effective after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication); 4) excluded by the Law RK No. 272-VI dated 25.11.2019 (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication); 5) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 25.11.2019 No. 272-VI (effective after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication); 6) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 25.11.2019 No. 272-VI (effective after ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

2. The individual identification number is conditionally excluded from the National Register of Individual Identification Numbers:

1) after the entry into force of a court decision recognizing an individual as missing, information about which is provided in accordance with the procedure, scope and time limits established by the state body carrying out statistical activities in the field of legal statistics and special accounting within its competence;

2) upon departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan of foreigners and stateless persons temporarily staying in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2-1) upon departure of foreigners and stateless persons expelled from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) after the entry into force of the court's decision on adoption, if the information about the adopted child or his personal data changes;

4) after the entry into force of a court decision declaring an individual deceased;

5) in case of departure of an individual from the republic for permanent residence;

9) in case of cancellation of the court's decision on adoption.

Upon repeated and subsequent registration of individuals in the cases provided for in paragraphs 1), 2), 2-1) and 5) of the first part of this paragraph, a document with a previously generated individual identification number is issued.

The individual identification number of individuals in the cases provided for in subitems 3) and 4) of part one of this paragraph is subject to restoration after the cancellation of a court decision on adoption or declaring the individual deceased.

The individual identification number of individuals in the case provided for in subparagraph 9) of part one of this paragraph is subject to restoration after the cancellation of the court decision on the cancellation of the court decision on adoption.

3. The business identification number is excluded from the National Register of Business Identification Numbers:

1) upon liquidation of a legal entity (branch, representative office);

1-1) upon termination of the activities of a branch of a foreign legal entity, the subject of which is the provision of financial services;

2) upon termination of entrepreneurial activity by an individual entrepreneur engaged in activities in the form of joint individual entrepreneurship;

3) upon termination of the rights of a non-resident legal entity to taxable objects and objects related to taxation;

4) if a non-resident legal entity closes a current account with a resident bank or a branch of a non-resident bank;

5) in case of termination by a non-resident legal entity of entrepreneurial activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan and departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Conditional exclusion of a business identification number from the National Register of Business Identification Numbers is not performed.

5. The exclusion or conditional exclusion of an identification number from the national registers of identification numbers is carried out on the basis of requests from government agencies, individuals and legal entities. The excluded or conditionally excluded identification numbers are subject to preservation in the database of information systems of national registers of identification numbers.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 No. 223.

This Law defines the goals, objectives, principles and legal basis for the creation and maintenance of national registers of identification numbers based on the formation of an identification number for an individual, a legal entity (branch and representative office).
