Article 10. interaction of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan with foreign state bodies and international organizations in the region for the prevention, elimination and suppression of extremism against extremism

      1.state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to prevent, eliminate and suppress extremism are cooperated with foreign states and international organizations.  

     2. state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dealing with extremism, cooperate with competent authorities of foreign states, international law enforcement agencies, conduct operational and investigative measures on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or other states in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) international agreements.

      State bodies, issued in points 1 and 2 of the Articles 7 of the current law, are located on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the image of competent authorities of other states, international law enforcement agencies, cases for extremism, it is impossible to improve IMI extremism.

      This law defines the legal and organizational basis for Countering Extremism in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Man and citizen, the foundations of the constitutional system, ensure the sovereignty of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the integrity, inviolability and indivisibility of its territory, and national security.
