Article 10. Transparency of the activities of government agencies and accessibility of information of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The activities of state bodies should be public and open within the limits established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. State bodies are obliged to ensure transparency of their decision-making activities affecting the interests of business entities.
3. Information held by government agencies and required by business entities should be available if its use is not restricted by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Such information is provided free of charge, except in cases established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3-1. Private business entities may have a seal with their name.
Government agencies and financial organizations are prohibited from demanding the seal on documents from legal entities related to private business entities.
4. All procedures and requirements related to state regulation of entrepreneurship must contain a clear and non-interpretable meaning.
5. The provisions of this article establishing the obligations of state bodies shall apply to the authorized organization in the field of civil aviation.
