Article 100. De-registration of the unemployed of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. A career center shall de-register an unemployed person (with the exception of family members of military personnel, employees of special state and law enforcement agencies, civil protection agencies, as well as persons dependent on them who are not engaged in labor activities, registered and de-registered in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized state body) in the following cases::

1) rejection of three suitable job options proposed by the career center or late notification of the career center, and the akim of the village, village, rural district living in rural settlements, of consent or rejection of the proposed suitable job options after registration as unemployed;

2) failure to appear without valid reasons:

within five working days from the date of notification by the career center at the place of the proposed employment or training;

within three working days on a call to the career center to participate in active employment promotion measures;

3) unauthorized termination of participation in active employment promotion measures;

4) violations by the unemployed without valid reasons of the deadlines for visiting or notifying the career center provided for by this Code and the rules for registration of job seekers, the unemployed and the implementation of labor mediation provided by career centers;

5) the conviction of an unemployed person to imprisonment, if this punishment is not imposed conditionally, or referral to compulsory medical treatment by a court decision that has entered into force.;

6) provided for in subparagraph 4) paragraph 4 of Article 99 of this Code;

7) submitting deliberately false or forged documents.

2. Unemployed persons who have been de–registered in accordance with subitems 1) - 4) of paragraph 1 of this Article may re-register at the career center as unemployed only after thirty calendar days from the date of de-registration.
