1. A notary shall apply the legal norms of other states in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international treaties.

2. The notary accepts documents drawn up in accordance with the requirements of international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also makes certifying inscriptions in the form established by the legislation of other states, if this is provided for by international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.
