Article 107. Nomination of party lists of candidates, candidates for deputies of maslikhats instead of those who resigned after the deadline for registration of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. If, as a result of the withdrawal of party lists of candidates, after the end of the registration period for the relevant electoral district, less than two party lists of candidates or less than two candidates for deputies of the Maslikhat remain, the relevant election commission by its decision extends the election period, but not more than two months.

     2. In this case, the nomination of party lists of candidates, candidates for deputies of the Maslikhat is carried out in accordance with the rules established by this Constitutional Law.
