1. Comprehensive urban planning expertise of urban planning projects is carried out on the basis of an agreement concluded by customers with a state expert organization, with costs attributed to the cost of developing the project in question.

2. The cost of work performed by the state expert organization is established in accordance with the rules approved by the authorized body for architecture, urban planning and construction.

3. The procedure and deadlines for conducting a comprehensive urban planning examination of urban development projects are determined in accordance with the procedure approved by the authorized body for architecture, urban planning and construction, and are specified in the contract for its conduct.
