Article 11-1. Consultative and advisory bodies under the Parliament of the Republic of the Constitutional Law on the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Status of its Deputies
1. Consultative and advisory bodies may be established under the Parliament of the Republic and its Chambers to develop proposals on issues within the competence of the Parliament and its Chambers, whose decisions are advisory in nature.
2. The procedure for the formation of consultative and advisory bodies is determined by the regulations of the Parliament and its Chambers.
3. The working bodies of the consultative and advisory bodies under the Parliament of the Republic and its Chambers are the offices of the Chambers of Parliament.

This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the organization and activities of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the legal status of its deputies.
