1. National Strategic Crypto Reserve is a fund created to make investments in digital assets, derivative financial instruments, the underlying asset of which are digital assets, as well as shares and shares of companies developing and (or) investing in digital assets.

2. The National Strategic Crypto Reserve is managed by the Joint-stock company of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which provides brokerage, dealer and investment portfolio management services.

3. The annual report on the results of the management of the National Strategic Crypto Reserve is submitted for consideration to the Board of Management of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. The investment of assets of the National Strategic Crypto Reserve is carried out in accordance with the legal acts of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
