1. An administrative body and an official are obliged to exercise administrative discretion within the limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The adoption of an administrative act and (or) the commission of an administrative act (inaction) in the exercise of administrative discretion must correspond to the purpose of this authority.
