Article 11. Proposals for improving legislation and concluding international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan Constitutional Law on the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of his activities on human and civil rights and freedoms and in accordance with the procedure established by the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts" and "On International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

     1) develops and submits proposals to interested government agencies on improving legislation or concluding international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     2) considers proposals from government agencies, organizations and citizens.

     This Constitutional Law defines the legal status and organization of the activities of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
