Article 11. Reorganization and liquidation of the Foundation of the Law On the Innovation Cluster "Astana Hub"
1. The Fund is subject to reorganization and liquidation in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the charter of the Fund.
2. Upon liquidation of the Fund, the property remaining after satisfying creditors' claims is directed to the purposes specified in the Foundation's constituent documents.

This Law defines the legal status of the Astana Hub innovation cluster.
