1. The law of the country where the legal entity is established or incorporated applies to the agreement on the establishment of a legal entity with foreign participation.

2. The relations regulated by this article include relations on the creation and termination of a legal entity, the transfer of a share in it, and other relations between the participants of a legal entity related to their mutual rights and obligations (including those determined by subsequent agreements).

3. The provisions of this article shall also apply in the case of establishing mutual rights and obligations of participants in a legal entity with foreign participation by other constituent documents.
