Article 112. Funds of forest institutions from paid services of the Forest Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Forestry institutions have the right to have funds through the sale of the following goods (works and services) that are not related to their main activities:

1) growing planting material for landscaping settlements and collecting forest seeds, creating green, protective, plantation and other plantings, carrying out plant care work, conducting educational practice;

1-1) participation in the implementation of projects aimed at absorbing greenhouse gases in the territory of the state forest fund, at the expense of extra-budgetary funds;

2) sale of goods and products from wood processing obtained during logging of main use, logging of intermediate use and other logging, including for providing fuel to the population, as well as products of secondary forest use and the provision of wood processing services;

3) provision of transportation services to the public for the transportation of goods within the territories of forest institutions;

4) carrying out forest reproduction on the plots of the state forest fund transferred to long-term forest management for timber harvesting, in accordance with the agreement concluded with the forest user.

1-1. In order to receive income from the types of activities specified in paragraph 1 of this article, forestry institutions have the right to participate in public procurement tenders.

2. The use of funds of forest institutions is carried out in accordance with the budget legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. It is prohibited to use the funds of forest institutions for purposes not related to the protection, protection, reproduction of forests and afforestation, secondary forest use.
