1. The subjects of expert activity in the field of design are independent during the examination of projects.

2. No one has the right to interfere in the work of subjects of expert activity in the field of design during the acceptance of project documentation for the examination of projects, their consideration, preparation and execution of expert opinions on them, unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Interference in the activities of subjects of expert activity in the field of design entails liability established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
