Article 113-15. The procedure and timing of the voting of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 113-15. The procedure and timing of the voting of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. If the submitted signature lists comply with the requirements of Articles 113-14 of this Constitutional Law, the relevant election commission, upon the expiration of the verification period, shall, no later than one day, decide to hold a vote on the recall of a deputy elected in a single-mandate territorial electoral district.

     2. The relevant election commission, no later than three working days from the date of the decision to hold the vote, sends a notification to the deputy elected in a single-mandate territorial electoral district on the conduct of the recall vote.

     3. Voting on the recall of a deputy elected in a single-mandate territorial electoral district shall be conducted within two months from the date of the decision to call the vote.

     4. From the moment of the decision to hold a vote by the relevant election commission, the deputy elected in a single-mandate territorial electoral district and the initiator of his recall are given the right to campaign for the recall.:

     a deputy of the Mazhilis of Parliament, elected in a single–mandate territorial electoral district, within five calendar days;

     a deputy of the maslikhat elected in a single–mandate territorial electoral district - within three calendar days.
